PC series low-expansion foam generator is the main device of liquid spray low-expansion foam fire extinguishing system. The low-expansion foam generator mixes the mixed liquid produced by the proportional mixing device with the inhaled air to produce air foam. The foam is sprinkled on the surface of the combustion body through the deflector or the foam nozzle to form a foam layer. The foam is used for blocking, cooling and The suffocation effect achieves the purpose of fire fighting. According to the structure, it can be divided into two types: horizontal and vertical.

The relation between flow rate and operating pressure is calculated as per following formula

Make sure that the inlet pressure range of the generator is 0.3~0.6MPa. The mixed liquid flow rate is different under different inlet pressures. Therefore, the mixed liquid flow rate under the specific inlet pressure should be calculated according to the following formula: namely Q=K 10P, P-in Pressure (MPa) Q-Flow (L/min) at the nozzle.
