PHYM series pressure type proportional mixing device consists of pressure tank, bladder, proportional mixer, safety valve, exhaust valve, pressure gauge, one-way valve and various control valves and pipelines. The pressure water is supplied by the pump, the foam liquid is replaced in a certain proportion and mixed with the pressure water to form a foam mixture. Since the bladder separates the foaming liquid from the water, the foaming liquid is not used up at one time, and it can be used next time and the mixing accuracy is stable and reliable.

The device is suitable for a wide range of flow and pressure, and a small pressure loss. It has been widely used in various high, medium and low multiple foam fire extinguishing systems. According to the structure, it can be divided into two types: horizontal and vertical.

Working principle: 

When the pressure water flows through the proportional mixer, a part of the pressure water (3%~6%) enters the foam liquid storage tank from the branch pipe to squeeze the bladder, replacing the same amount of foam liquid and another part of water (97%~94%) The foam mixture is mixed in the proportional mixer and supplied to the foam generating device to generate air foam for fire extinguishing.
